Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bring home
If something isn't right, you're welcome to return any unopened, unused item within 30 days of delivery — and returns are on us.
How it works

Write to info@maisonskin.com.au with your order number and the piece you'd like to return.

We'll reply with a prepaid return label. There's no cost to you.

Once your return reaches us, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
A few notes

For reasons of hygiene, opened or used skincare, wellness and intimate products can't be returned unless they're faulty.

Please return items in their original, unopened packaging.

Faulty or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please reach out and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
