We're building this slowly and on purpose. Most colour cosmetics are formulated for a face that doesn't change — and skin in your fifties behaves differently under makeup than skin in your twenties. It's drier, it's thinner, and it shows every product that sits on top rather than sinking in.
So the bar here is the same as everywhere else in the house: does it treat the skin as well as cover it, and would we reach for it again after the first week.
Small for now. That's deliberate.
